apart is our meticulous attention to detail in our training program. Each driver, regardless of experience,
undergoes intensive on-site training on SOPs (standard operating procedures). This training is overseen
by their assigned trainer, then-Supervisor, and finally, their Manager, ensuring they are fully prepared
for active duty. Furthermore, our executive staff conducts thorough evaluations at 90-day and annual
reviews, ensuring our team consistently meets our high standards.
